Obsro is operated by Anil and provides technology tools only. Obsro does not provide medical, healthcare, consultation, or any other professional services offered by professionals using the platform.

The relationship between customers and professionals remains directly between those parties.Obsro is not responsible for the services provided by professionals.

2. Users of Obsro

Obsro has two types of users:

Professionals are individuals or businesses who use Obsro to manage appointments, customer flow, and queue operations.

Customers

Customers are individuals who use Obsro to book appointments, check queue status, and follow professional availability.

3. Professional Responsibilities

Professionals using Obsro are responsible for:

Professionals understand that appointment notes or other information entered into may contain sensitive or confidential information depending on the nature of their services.

Professionals are solely responsible for the information they enter into Obsro and must ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to store and process such information.

Obsro does not review, verify, or control information entered by professionals.

4. Appointment and Queue Management

Obsro provides appointment scheduling and queue management tools.

Customers understand that:

5. Customer Accounts

Customers must create an account to use certain Obsro features, including appointment tracking and queue status.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account access.

Professionals may access Obsro through paid subscription plans.

Obsro may change subscription pricing, plans, or payment options in the future. Changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

Professionals may add notes related to appointments. Professionals are responsible for ensuring that information they enter complies with applicable privacy laws and professional obligations.

Although Obsro does not intentionally collect medical records or medical information, information entered by professionals may contain sensitive or confidential information.

Subscription payment information is processed through authorized third party payment providers.Obsro does not store complete payment card details.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their Obsro account through the account deletion options provided on the platform.

Deleting a professional account will immediately end any active free trial or subscription associated with that account. Any remaining trial or subscription period will not be restored or transferred if the professional creates a new account.

Deleting an account does not make the user eligible for another free trial. Obsro may use information such as the email address and phone number associated with the account to determine previous trial eligibility.

Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security purposes, fraud prevention, or business records.

9. Prohibited Activities
