Welcome to Obsro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Obsro platform, including our website, applications, and related services.

By creating an account or using Obsro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Obsro

Obsro is an appointment and queue management software platform that helps professionals manage appointments, customer bookings, and real-time queue information.

Obsro is operated by Anil and provides technology tools only. Obsro does not provide medical, healthcare, consultation, or any other professional services offered by professionals using the platform.

The relationship between customers and professionals remains directly between those parties.Obsro is not responsible for the services provided by professionals.

2. Users of Obsro

Obsro has two types of users:

Professionals

Professionals are individuals or businesses who use Obsro to manage appointments, customer flow, and queue operations.

Customers

Customers are individuals who use Obsro to book appointments, check queue status, and follow professional availability.

3. Professional Responsibilities

Professionals using Obsro are responsible for:

• Providing accurate profile information.
• Maintaining correct availability, working hours, and appointment settings.
• Providing services to customers according to their own professional standards.
• Managing cancellations, delays, and changes in schedules.
• Ensuring information provided through Obsro is lawful and accurate.
• Ensuring appointment notes and other information entered into Obsro are appropriate, lawful, and handled responsibly.

Professionals understand that appointment notes or other information entered into may contain sensitive or confidential information depending on the nature of their services.

Professionals are solely responsible for the information they enter into Obsro and must ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to store and process such information.

Obsro does not review, verify, or control information entered by professionals.

4. Appointment and Queue Management

Obsro provides appointment scheduling and queue management tools.

Customers understand that:

• Booking an appointment does not guarantee an exact service time.
• Queue position may depend on customer arrival/check-in status and professional workflow.
• Waiting times may change due to longer consultations, delays, emergencies, working hours, or other circumstances controlled by the professional.
• Estimated waiting times are only guidance and may not always be exact.

Obsro is not responsible for delays caused by professional operations or customer circumstances.

5. Customer Accounts

Customers must create an account to use certain Obsro features, including appointment tracking and queue status.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account access.

Customers may request deletion of their account through available account deletion options.

6. Professional Accounts and Subscription

Professionals may access Obsro through paid subscription plans.

• Obsro may provide a free trial period for eligible users. The availability, duration, eligibility, and terms of any free trial may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by Obsro at its discretion. A free trial does not create any permanent entitlement to free use of the Service.
• Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.
• Obsro does not store complete payment card details or sensitive payment credentials.
• Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
• Failure to complete subscription payments may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of access.

Obsro may change subscription pricing, plans, or payment options in the future. Changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

7. Data and Privacy

Obsro collects and processes information required to provide its services.

This may include:

Professional Information

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile information
• About section
• Profile image
• Public profile details
• Appointment and usage history

Customer Information

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Appointment information
• Queue-related information

Professionals may add notes related to appointments. Professionals are responsible for ensuring that information they enter complies with applicable privacy laws and professional obligations.

Although Obsro does not intentionally collect medical records or medical information, information entered by professionals may contain sensitive or confidential information.

Subscription payment information is processed through authorized third party payment providers.Obsro does not store complete payment card details.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their Obsro account through the account deletion options provided on the platform.

Deleting a professional account will immediately end any active free trial or subscription associated with that account. Any remaining trial or subscription period will not be restored or transferred if the professional creates a new account.

Deleting an account does not make the user eligible for another free trial. Obsro may use information such as the email address and phone number associated with the account to determine previous trial eligibility.

Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security purposes, fraud prevention, or business records.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use Obsro for illegal activities.
• Create fraudulent bookings.
• Abuse or misuse the platform.
• Attempt to compromise platform security.
• Misuse customer or professional information.

Obsro may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities, including illegal activities, without prior notice where necessary.

10. Service Availability

Obsro aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond Obsro's control.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Obsro provides software tools only.

Obsro is not responsible for:

• Professional services provided through the platform.
• Customer dissatisfaction with professional services.
• Delays or cancellations caused by professionals.
• Information provided incorrectly by users.
• Issues caused by third-party services.

12. Changes to These Terms

Obsro may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published through the Obsro platform. Continued use of Obsro after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Obsro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Users violate these Terms.
• Users engage in illegal activities.
• Users misuse the platform.
• Subscription payments are not completed.
• Activities may harm Obsro or other users.
